User Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your LocoForum account and the data connected to Facebook Login at any time.

How to Request Deletion

You may send a deletion request to [email protected]. Please include the email address connected to your LocoForum account so we can identify the correct account.

If account deletion is available in your profile settings, you may also delete your account directly from there.

What We Delete

When your deletion request is processed, we delete or anonymize your LocoForum account data according to applicable law. For Facebook Login, this includes deleting the stored facebook_id and facebook_avatar_url connected to your account.

Processing Time

We will process deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible, unless we need to keep certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, or accounting reasons.
